Litigation in trademarks, copyright, industrial designs

The firm acts on behalf of its clients in all litigation relating to trademarks, copyright, and industrial designs, in particular in infringement actions, and also in litigation relating to contracts bearing on the same rights (licenses, assignments, co-ownership, etc.).

The firm appears before the courts in France and all European and Community jurisdictions that accept pleadings from French advocates.

In international litigation, the firm acts in co-operation with its clients' lawyers abroad or with its own associates to provide the most effective coordination.
