Patent litigation

The firm acts on behalf of its clients in all litigation relating to patents, in particular actions in infringement, validity, and disputed ownership. The firm also acts in litigation relating to patent-related contracts (licenses, assignments, co-ownership, etc. ...).

The firm appears before the courts in France and all European and Community jurisdictions that accept pleadings from French advocates.

In international litigation, the firm acts in co-operation with its clients' lawyers abroad or with its own associates to ensure the most effective coordination.

The technical aspects of such litigation is handled in close co-operation with the client's patent attorneys or technical services.
